01Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use The Referral Network ("TRN"). By using the app you represent that you meet these requirements.

02Account Creation

To use TRN you must create an account with accurate, current and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

03User Responsibilities

• Provide truthful information about your identity, experience and employment.
• Keep your profile and resume accurate and up to date.
• Communicate respectfully and professionally with other users.
• Use referrals and introductions in good faith.
• Comply with all applicable laws and these Terms.

04Employee Verification

Users who wish to act as referrers must complete our verification process, which may include confirming identity and current employment. While we take reasonable steps to verify referrers, TRN does not guarantee the accuracy of any user-provided information.

05Referral Disclaimer

TRN is a platform that facilitates connections between job seekers and verified employees. A referral is a professional courtesy extended at the discretion of the referrer. TRN does not participate in hiring decisions and is not a party to any employment relationship.

06No Guarantee of Employment

TRN does not guarantee that using the platform will result in a referral, interview, job offer or employment of any kind. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including employer decisions and candidate qualifications.

07Acceptable Use

You agree to use TRN only for lawful, professional purposes consistent with these Terms and the platform's intended function of facilitating trusted job referrals.

08Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Misrepresent your identity, employment or qualifications.
• Request, offer or accept payment in exchange for a referral.
• Harass, spam, defraud or abuse other users.
• Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise the platform's security.
• Scrape, copy or misuse other users' data.
• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

09Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or harmful behavior, or if required by law. You may terminate your account at any time via the Delete Account feature.

10Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos and software associated with TRN are owned by The Referral Network or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you upload but grant us a limited license to use it to operate the service.

11Payments (If Premium Introduced)

TRN's core features are free. If premium features are introduced in the future, applicable fees, billing terms and refund policies will be clearly disclosed before purchase. Premium features will always be optional.

12Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TRN and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, opportunities or data, arising from your use of the platform. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

13Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated within the app or by email. Continued use of TRN after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
