• Employment details — current or past employer, role and industry, used for referrer verification and matching.
• Profile information — headline, skills, experience, preferences and photo.
• Uploaded documents — resumes, cover letters and supporting files you choose to share.
• Device information — device model, operating system, app version and identifiers.
• Usage analytics — how you interact with the app to improve features and reliability.
• Location — only if you grant permission, used to surface nearby or relevant opportunities.

02Analytics and Diagnostics

We use analytics and diagnostic tools to keep TRN fast, stable and secure:

• Firebase Analytics — aggregated usage metrics to understand feature adoption.
• Crash reports — automatically generated diagnostic data to fix crashes and bugs.
• Cookies and similar technologies — used on our website to remember preferences and measure performance.

TRN relies on trusted third-party providers who process data on our behalf under strict agreements:

• Firebase (Google) — authentication, analytics, crash reporting and cloud infrastructure.

05How Data Is Stored

Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure provided by Google Firebase and associated cloud storage services. Data is encrypted in transit using TLS and encrypted at rest. Access is restricted to authorized personnel and systems on a need-to-know basis.

06How You Can Delete Your Account

You may permanently delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account within the app, or by visiting the Delete Account page on this website. Upon request, all personal information associated with your account is deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (for example, certain transaction or safety records). Some messages may be retained where legally required.

07Children's Privacy

TRN is intended for professionals aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.

08Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures — including encryption, access controls, secure authentication and continuous monitoring — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work continuously to safeguard your data.

12Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated within the app or by email. Continued use of TRN after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
