Child Safety Standards

01Our Zero-Tolerance Commitment

The Referral Network ("TRN") has a strict zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). We are committed to protecting children and preventing any use of our platform to create, store, share, promote, facilitate or solicit such content or conduct. Any violation results in immediate removal and account termination, and is reported to the appropriate authorities.

02Age Requirement

TRN is a professional networking and job-referral platform intended exclusively for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly permit anyone under 18 to create an account or use the app. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will remove their account and associated data.

03Prohibited Content and Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on TRN and will be acted upon immediately:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form — images, video, text, links or references.
• Sexualization, grooming, solicitation or exploitation of minors.
• Sharing, requesting or facilitating access to CSAE/CSAM content.
• Any communication that endangers a child's safety or wellbeing.
• Impersonation of a minor or misrepresenting age to engage in prohibited conduct.

04How to Report Child Safety Concerns

We provide clear, accessible mechanisms to report suspected CSAE or CSAM. Reports can be submitted:

• In-app: open any profile or chat, tap the menu icon and select "Report", then choose the child-safety category.
• By email to our child-safety contact: support@thereferralnetwork.com.
• Through our website Contact page for any additional concerns.

05How We Respond

When we receive a report or detect prohibited content or conduct, we act promptly to:

• Remove the offending content and preserve relevant evidence as required by law.
• Suspend and permanently terminate the accounts involved.
• Report CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or relevant local authorities.
• Cooperate fully with law enforcement and child-protection agencies.

06Compliance with Child Safety Laws and Standards

TRN complies with applicable child-safety laws and regulations and aligns its practices with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy and recognized industry standards for combating online child sexual abuse and exploitation. We regularly review and improve our safeguards, moderation processes and reporting workflows.
